We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or detail may occur due to monitor settings, photography, or the handmade nature of some items. If a product you receive is significantly different from its description, please contact us immediately.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email after payment has been successfully processed.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation:

We process orders within 1-2 business days. You may contact us to request cancellation before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if processing has already begun.

Shipping & Delivery:

We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is paramount. Our full Returns & Exchanges Promise is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page and is incorporated into these Terms.

Key User Obligations:

• You must initiate a return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected].
• Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• You must follow the provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and use a trackable shipping method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Refund Process: Upon approval of your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Yellowstone Store, its licensors, or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. You may not download, modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without express written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yellowstone Store, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Delays or failures in the shipment of products beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, customs issues, natural disasters).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last six months for the products giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation where such limitation is prohibited by law.
