Returns & Exchanges Promise

At Yellowstone Store, we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Our Crew: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the returned item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Store credit may be offered in certain circumstances.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping and re-shipment.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Intimate Apparel & Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For health reasons, items in the Kids & Baby category that are intimate apparel (e.g., baby socks, underwear) cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
