Our Return & Exchange Promise

We believe in trust, quality, and standing by our word. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that items are returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Crew: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days). Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Store credit may be offered in certain circumstances.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping and re-shipment.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products for all our loyal customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal Care & Fragrance Items: All products in the Candles & Fragrance category for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any product that has been personalized, monogrammed, or specially ordered.
  • Gift Wrap & Greeting Cards: Items from the Gift Wrap & Greeting Cards category.
  • Opened Software or Media: Opened items from Games & Playing Cards or Books & Calendars that are no longer in sealed condition.
  • Intimate Apparel & Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For health reasons, items in the Kids & Baby category that are intimate apparel (e.g., baby socks, underwear) cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Note on Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
